Lottery Scam Email:
EURO MILLIONS LOTTERY - MEGA JACKPOT LOTTO WINNINGS PROGRAMS
Elizabeth Walter, Mark Forrester

The scam name "Mark Forrester" is back in the "EURO MILLIONS LOTTERY - MEGA JACKPOT LOTTO WINNINGS PROGRAMS" scam. Of course, NO lottery selects winners from "email addresses".  You'd really have to have just fallen off the turnip truck to believe that any organization, anywhere, is going to hand out millions of dollars or pounds to random strangers, who did not buy a ticket, simply because they had an email address in a computer somewhere. God help you, if you are that naive'.

Below is another example of a fake lottery; this email claims to be from the "EURO MILLIONS LOTTERY - MEGA JACKPOT LOTTO WINNINGS PROGRAMS".

Note the additional usual clues to an obvious fraud that we have highlighted in the letter, such as the use of free email accounts (like Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite, AIM, etc.), misspellings, poor grammar and syntax, strange and erratic use of capitalization, claims that "your email address was attached to winning ticket..." or "winners were selected by a computer ballot draw system", etc.

And for a similar example using the same names, see this page.
