Yet another version of the "Lottery Winners International" scam is just another obvious scam, as no lottery notifies its winners, the scam claims you won simply because you have an email address!
Don't be fooled: There is no such thing as a "computer ballot system", no one wins a lottery simply by having an email address and NO legitimate lottery that will notify you by email; especially when you didn't buy a ticket from them!
If you still think this might be legit, see the highlighted passages in the email below, that draw attention to the other, additional signs of a scam; such as keep confidential, selected by a random computer lottery of email addresses, no website of their own, use of free hotmail/yahoo email accounts, numerous misspellings, poor grammar and punctuation, etc.
Notice that they claim to be in the Netherlands, yet they have a free Yahoo email address in Hong Kong!
