I received a call from 770-284-3312 on February 19, 2014, and I was told it was the Auto Processing Department calling about a 2011 Honda Pilot (my vehicle)and the caller wanted to verify some information. I said I was not familiar with the Auto Processing Department, by the man was very pushy and simply talked over me. I spoke louder and asked him what company was the "Auto Processing Department" a department of. The jerk continued to talk over me, so I said "If you don't stop and allow me to ask you a question, I will end this call, right now" at which point the caller hung up on me.
